We are pleased to announce that Dr. Seda Peksevim, Founder and Managing Director of Pensión Research & Consulting, was recently invited as a featured speaker at a webinar hosted by CFA Society Chile.

In this session, Dr. Peksevim shared her expertise on the future of pension systems in Latin America, with a particular focus on the transition toward generational (target-date) funds in Chile. She discussed the importance of integrating human capital risk, labor informality, wage history, and contribution density into default investment strategies to achieve sustainable and equitable retirement outcomes.

Drawing on her international research and advisory experience, Dr. Peksevim also explored the role of data-driven portfolio construction, risk-based regulation, and behavioral insights in improving pension system outcomes. The webinar included an engaging Q&A session with participants from across the financial and investment community.
