Welcome to the “3rd Annual Pensión Conference” themed ‘Reshaping Pensions: Policy-Making, Behavioral Science, and Digitalization’. This conference brings together leading academics, young pension professionals, industry experts, and regulators to explore key developments in policy-making, behavioral science, and digitalization within the pensions sector.

This one-day online conference will feature in-depth debates, inspiring keynote sessions, and practical panel discussions. We will cover a range of topics, including auto-enrollment policies in developed and emerging markets, the role of behavioral tech in encouraging pension savings, improving the performance of default funds, the gender gap in pensions, how to attract young generations to the pensions industry, and the potential of AI in transforming the pension ecosystem.
