Seda is a Founder and Managing Director of Pensión Research & Consulting and Lecturer at the University of London. During her research career, she has been involved in pension-related projects with several institutions and universities, including the OECD, MIT, and BBVA Spain. As of 2021, Seda has been affiliated with the CEPAR at UNSW and is an external expert in Eurofound.
Kemal is an accomplished finance and business professional with eight years of experience in fund management, risk modeling, and machine learning applications in financial market data. He is also a Ph.D. Candidate in Finance at Özyeğin University. His research interests focus on long-term portfolio optimization, fixed income securities, and credit risk modeling in developing countries.
Elif has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and completed her MSc in Clinical Psychology at King’s College London. She did receive training in cognitive-behavioral approaches and has been involved in projects related to behavioral economics at Koç University, Özyeğin University, and Boğaziçi University. Currently, she is also working as a clinical psychologist at Rena Counseling Center.
Deniz is an overseas accountant with ten years of experience in several business sectors, including textile and logistics. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sabancı University and is a trainee in Chartered Accounting. Deniz has also been involved in the organization of international conferences, including the Conference of the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.
Işık supports the team as a researcher on a variety of projects. She holds a BA in Economics from Sabancı University and a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics from Marmara University. Işık worked as a freelance trader for the last three years and holds Capital Market Activities Advanced Level Licence and Derivative Instruments Licence from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey.
Neslihan is an accountant and communication specialist with six years of experience in several business sectors, including industry and electricity. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Istanbul Commerce University. Neslihan completed her internship in Korkmaz Utensils. She has several courses on communication in business life and business organization.
Meral has a background in business development and financial reporting with over ten years experiences in different sectors, including pharmaceuticals, textile, and education. She graduated from Sabancı University Bachelor of Industrial Engineer and has a Master’s Degree in Management from Bahçeşehir University.
Ayşe is a senior and wise lawyer at Güney Law Firm. She established her own law firm in 2010 and registered as a mediator to the Mediation Department Registry of the Ministry of Justice in 2016. Ayşe has experience in the fields of inheritance law, labor law, commercial and corporate law, and obligation law.
